Everyone has stain removal needs especially if you have kids and pets! Using some simple cleaning agents, you can get rid of pesky stains and scratches quickly, and easily.
- Remove pet stains from fabrics using a solution made from one quart of water and a teaspoon of white vinegar.
- Blood stains can be removed using hydrogen peroxide; for blood stains on clothing, use cold water and corn starch paste.
- Use hydrogen peroxide to remove dark wine or juice stains from fabric and carpeting.
- Use lemon juice or white vinegar to remove coffee or tea stains; should stains persist, use an enzyme detergent.
- To remove chocolate stains, scrape off excess chocolate, and use warm soapy water to clean. Apply enzyme detergent to stain before washing fabrics to ensure complete stain removal.
- Remove gum using ice and a butter knife.
- Marker ink can be removed using hair spray.
- Use club soda to clean chrome fixtures.
- Remove light stains from ceramic fixtures like sinks and tubs with lemon juice; for heavier stains, use a solution of lemon juice and borax.
- Use rubbing alcohol to clean caulking, and shine glass and chrome.
- Use bleach to remove mildew stains; soak cotton balls in bleach and place them directly onto the mildew stain. Allow them to sit for a while, and then wipe the area dry.
- Remove crayon marks with toothpaste.
- Heel scuff marks can be removed with a simple eraser.
- Shine floors with wax paper by affixing a piece of wax paper to a dust mop.

- Mop wood floors with a solution of half a cup of apple cider vinegar and a gallon of water. Vinyl floors can be cleaned with dishwashing liquid diluted in water.
