A grocery list saves time and money. Combine this list with the ad from your favorite store and the coupon list to create a weekly meal plan that maximizes your savings. Grocers have far too many items to put all on a list. Use the notes section on your printout to add unlisted items, or for reminders about item size, color, brand, etc. Click here for more details on how to use this Shopping List.
Suggestions for Use The best way to use a grocery shopping list is to work from the grocery store advertisement where you'll do the bulk of your shopping. Choose meal planning items that are on sale that week - some weeks it may be pork chops, fish and green beans and another week ribs, hamburger and broccoli. If it's an item you have to buy - you just ran out of paper towels for example - use the notes section to indicate the brand that is on sale that week. A grocer has many more items on sale than can possibly fit in an ad so be on the lookout for these "unadvertised" specials.
You can further increase your savings by using coupons. Each Aisle in the Shopping List provides a print count and value. By clicking on the link you can add these coupons to your list. After you print out the list just go to your coupon collection and clip out those coupons. And don't forget to use your club card if your store has a savings program.
If you stay organized, use coupons and a club card (if available), and stick to your plan you'll be pleased with your grocery bill.
