Jenese Tesar joins company as vice president of newspaper sales
SAN DIEGO (February 8, 2006) — Consumer Networks, developer of the boodle™ online grocery coupon marketplace, today announced that it has hired Jenese Tesar to the newly created position of vice president of Newspaper Sales to meet growing demand for the company’s online coupon solutions.
Tesar, with extensive experience in the newspaper industry, will focus on improving performance and extending the product line within the boodle network of over 360 newspaper-affiliated websites. In addition to assisting newspapers with boodle’s national grocery coupon program, Tesar will be instrumental in growing the company’s distribution of its local coupon program and its new boodleIZER™ online coupon organizer.
Tesar comes to Consumer Networks from PowerOne Media where she was Regional General Manager. Prior to PowerOne, she was with P2i. Tesar’s background also includes positions with the Sacramento Bee and the Cedar Rapids Gazette.
